Capucine holds a Master 1 in European and International Business Law from Universités Catholique de Lille, Faculté Libre de Droit, (France), a Master 2 in European and International Business Law from University of Paris Dauphine, Paris, (France) as well as an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Berkeley, CA (USA).
She is not admitted to the New York State Bar.
