Partner Jean-Thomas Pradillon's principal field of activity is the structuring and formation of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles.
Jean-Thomas advises a number of investment fund promoters, their investment vehicles and their investment managers on a wide range of regulatory, commercial and finance matters, throughout the investment cycle (from fund raising to liquidation).
Career and memberships
Jean-Thomas Pradillon joined Elvinger New York in 2018. Prior to joining the firm Jean-Thomas was a lawyer with Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg since 2014 and became a member of the Paris Bar in 2015. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under his home title in June 2015.
Jean-Thomas holds a Master’s degree as well as an MSc degree in law and tax management from EDHEC Business School (France). He also holds a Master’s degree in business law practice from the Université Catholique de Lille (France).
Jean-Thomas is not admitted to the New York bar.
