Career and memberships
Mattia Morani joined Elvinger New York in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Mattia was a lawyer with Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg since 2021.
Mattia was admitted to the Rome Bar since 2018 and to the Luxembourg Bar under his home title in 2021.
Prior to joining the firm, Mattia worked for more than three years for an international law firm in Rome (Italy).
Education
Master’s degree in business and commercial law from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (Italy).
PhD in negotiation and mediation techniques from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (Italy).
LLM in law and economics jointly from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands) and the Université d’Aix-Marseille (France).
