Career and memberships
Olivier Malherbe joined Elvinger US in 2021 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar (Belgium) and to the New York Bar in 2022 and to the Luxembourg Bar under his home title in 2023.
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in public and international law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) as well as an LLM from the New York University School of Law (USA).
Olivier also holds a PhD in philosophy from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium).
Prior to joining the firm, Olivier worked for two years for a law firm in Brussels (Belgium).
